Custom Orders: We work closely with our clients to bring their visions to life. Once a design brief is agreed upon, we provide updates at key milestones to ensure satisfaction.
 

Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work to find a resolution.
 

Shipping: Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers but will assist in resolving such issues.

Order Minimums: Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase amount, which will be discussed during the inquiry process.

Exclusive Rights: Wholesale agreements may include exclusivity clauses for certain regions upon request.
