Refund Policy

At T. Rein Designs, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love your purchase. Please review our refund policy below:

Custom Artwork: Due to the personalized nature of custom art, all sales are final. If you encounter an issue with your custom piece, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Apparel and Stickers: We accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unused apparel or stickers within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Art Prints: Refunds or exchanges for art prints are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Downloads: All sales of digital downloads are final. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital files, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
